Walking

There are a number of river-side walks throughout the Ballinderry River system that provide opportunities to enjoy the river and its wildlife. They are spread out throughout the river system, allowing you to experience a variety of river environments, including wooded glens, open parkland, cascading streams and slow moving waters.

There are also a number of Lough-side walks in the area.Loughs provide excellent opportunities for seeing wildlife, some of which is resident here all year, and others are visitors for the winter.
